All we need is:

Photographic ID

An up to date Driving license or passport will be sufficient

Proof of address 1

A utility bill, bank statement, council tax statement or doctors letter from the past three months.

Proof of address 2

Must be a different statement to the "proof of address 1". The addresses on both must correspond and again has to be dated within the past three months.
