All our items are inspected, sterilised, and cleaned. Items are sold as seen in photos. The items description covers the necessary qualities of the listing including any damage or wear. It is expected that as all goods are used, condition and defects are to be observed in the media provided. Conditions vary and these conditions have already been accounted for in the price.
Item Specifics:
Cash Inn Ltd will never list nor state the quality or size (colour, clarity, carat etc) in the description or title unless said item is backed by supporting provenance, via documentation or hallmark. We may list approximate carat of diamonds, if possible, if not listed we will not be able to provide such. We will also never list or state the type of any stone (diamond, sapphire, ruby etc) unless we 100% certain through testing, assessment, or provenance.

We provide ample media for the visual inspection of our items, for this and reasons including hygiene we will not provide any additional photos upon request, this includes items being specifically modelled by staff.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day Money back policy on all purchases to give our customers confidence in their orders. Any returns must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. If an item is damaged or any documentation or presentation (Such as a box or pouch) is lost the return will not be accepted.
Returns postage must be paid by the buyer.
We also offer extended seller’s warranties on many of our watches and other items, this will be listed in the ?Warranty:? section of the description.
Payments:
Payment must be made within 4 working days of purchase or winning bid.
Failure to provide payment will lead to the order being cancelled, and the unpaid order will be recorded against the buyers account which can lead to restrictions against the buyer. Cash Inn Ltd will leave additional negative feedback and block the buyer from any future purchases.
Packaging:
All orders are boxed then wrapped in protective packing and sleeved in tamper proof, discreet shipping bags. Invoices are included along with Cash Inn Ltd compliments slip and business card.

Shipping:
Any item paid for BEFORE 3pm will be shipped the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Items paid AFTER 3pm will NOT BE GUARANTEED TO BE SHIPPED THE NEXT WORKING DAY but may still be sent.
Our shipping hours follow our normal opening hours, which can be found on our website.
Any purchases made on weekends will be shipped Tuesday.
